I ordered 2 replacement blank keys and a copy of a cut key. The blanks were sent promptly, but the cut keys are expected to arrive after approx. 6 weeks. Unless I missed a communication, I had to ask about the timeline for the cut keys. They responded promptly and I’m expecting the cut keys soon.
Thank you for shipping spare keys for my Seatlylock so fast. I was down to my last one from the originals -I keep losing my keys in the trails - and was afraid I was not going to be able to use my Seatlylock it anymore. I'm trying to be more mindful of my keys, but thank you for giving me some peace of mind. Carlos
New Keys worked great ! The only issue for me was I needed them ASAP. And it definitely takes 6 weeks.

The replacement keys for my lock arrived on the early side of their window and they worked.
Quick shipping. Save your key code when you purchase your lock because duplication at a locksmith is expensive. Much better to order from seatylock if you have the code.
