All Seatylock locks, except the standard Seatylock model, are Sold Secure certified (Diamond, Gold, or Silver). Sold Secure is a leading testing and certification organization, managed by the Master Locksmiths Association (UK).
The Seatylock security scale was created to provide a clear and accurate way to assess each lock's security level. Rated from 1 to 18, it helps customers choose the lock that best fits their security needs. Seatylock's scale is the only internal rating system aligned with an official external standard, Sold Secure. We recommend that customers consider objective, independent ratings like Sold Secure in addition to any internal manufacturer rankings when selecting a lock.

To claim your extended 3-year product warranty you must register your keys here.
Seatylock's key duplication service lets you place an order for key duplication online and then submit your key codes. Your new keys will be delivered directly to your door. After placing your order, please send your key codes (e.g., A: B:) to order@seatylock.com.
To order new keys, you must provide your key code number. To protect your codes from being lost or misplaced, we strongly recommend registering your keys in our system at the time of purchase.
If you don't have your codes, you can order blank keys (if you still have one original key left). We will send you 2 blank keys, which you can take to a local locksmith for duplication, using the original key.
Currently, only the Foldylock Compact Duo Pack Key Alike, Foldylock Forever Duo Pack Key Alike, and Foldylock Classic Duo Pack Key Alike come with a matching key set.
At this time, we cannot offer locks that match an existing lock key.

Yes. There is a possibility to connect two Foldylocks (from the same model) one to the other. Foldylock Compact to Foldylock Compact or a Foldylock Classic to Foldylock Classic. Same goes for additional Foldylock models.
Yes, it does. There is only one reservation to this: When inserting the Clipster into the Foldylock Compact case it causes a small scratch on the front of the case. Other than that, no functional damage is caused. The Clipster doesn't come with the case. The case can be ordered separately.
The U-locks provide reliable theft protection and ultimate security with maximum internal security ranking and a Diamond Sold Secure Certification. The U-locks are an ideal solution for maximum protection in theft-ridden areas.
The multi adaptor is sold separately. The reason for this is that we know that many cyclists don't use adaptors for mounting brackets and prefer other solutions for transporting their lock. By selling the mounting bracket separately we offer our customers the option to choose their preferred solution and a chance to save an unnecessary cost to those who don't need a mounting bracket.

SeatyGo rails are universal and they fit 100% of standard seat posts. SeatyGo installation is similar to any other standard bike saddle. For full installation instructions please see the installation video.
Yes! they are. The rails for all SeatyGo models are similar, and thus compatible with all types of bikes. SeatyGo's compatibility makes it modular so you can switch between models as you like. For example, if you have a fixie bike and for some strange reason would like to use the "ebike" model, we say go for it!
Yes, it does! SeatyGo "ebike" is a wide and ergonomic saddle designed for the needs of E-bike commuters, but it can fit any type of bike. Due to its design it is a great solution for larger bikes, like cruisers.

Seatylock is the manufacturer of SeatyGo. We assemble all SeatyGo models at our own factory facility. The saddle platform is manufactured by one of the leading saddle manufacturers in the world.
All Seatylock products come with a 12-month standard warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable local consumer protection regulations. You can extend the warranty to 3 years by registering your keys within 3 months of purchase using the Key Registration Form on our website.
To activate your free 3-year extended warranty, simply register your keys within 3 months of purchase using the Key Registration Form on our website.
Once registration is completed, you will receive a Key Registration Confirmation Letter, and your warranty will automatically be extended to 3 years from the purchase date.

Each Foldylock includes a detailed Installation Guide to help ensure the lock case is properly mounted and secured. It is important that the case is installed with the opening facing upward and that the lock clicks fully into place.
When installed correctly, the lock cannot be released from the case during riding.
