All of our locks, except for the Seatylock, are Sold Secure certified (Diamond, Gold or Silver). Sold Secure is a premier testing and certification organization, owned and administrated by the Master Locksmiths Association in the UK.
The Seatylock security scale was created In order to be more accurate in identifying the product's security level. This effort was made in order to assist customers in finding the appropriate lock for their security needs. All locks are rated on a scale of 1 to 18 to reflect their level of security. Seatylock’s security scale is the only internal rating system that corresponds with an external official rating scale, the "Sold Secure". We advise our customers to consider external and objective security ratings such as Sold Secure before any internal ranking by any lock manufacturer.
Yes, it does. Seatylock provides a 6-month product warranty for all our products, beginning from the date of purchase by the original user. Product warranty will be extended to a period of 3 years, free of charge, when you register your key on our website. For more information on the product warranty please see the warranty page.
In order to apply your 3-year product warranty you must register your key here.
Seatylock’s key duplication service allows you to register your keys online and order a new set at a time of your convenience. Once your keys are registered you can easily order keys by contacting us here. Your duplicated set of keys will be delivered directly to your address.
It is necessary to register your duplication code online or to provide the key code number. Unfortunately, we can’t make any new keys without this information.
If you don't have the codes, another option is to order the Blank keys (assuming you have one original left). We will send you two blank keys, and you can take them to your local locksmith for duplication with the original key, and he will make copies for you.
Foldylock Compact key alike, Foldylock Forever key alike and Foldylock Classic key alike are the only products that come with a matching key set. Stay tuned for more updates on this issue.

Yes! they are. The rails for all SeatyGo models are similar, and thus compatible with all types of bikes. SeatyGo's compatibility makes it modular so you can switch between models as you like. for example, if you have a fixie bike and for some strange reason would like to use the "ebike" model, we say go for it!
Yes, it does! SeatyGo "ebike" is a wide and ergonomic saddle designed for the needs of E-bike commuters, but it can fit any type of bike. Due to its design it is a great solution for larger bikes - like cruisers

Yes, it does. There is only one reservation to this: When inserting the Clipster into the Foldylock Compact case it causes a small scratch on the front of the case. Other than that, no functional damage is caused. The Clipster doesn't come with the case. The case can be ordered separately.
The multi adapter is sold separately. The reason for this is that we know that many cyclists don’t use adapters for mounting and prefer other solutions for transporting their lock. By selling the mounting bracket separately we offer our customers the option to choose their preferred solution and a chance to save an unnecessary cost to those who don’t need a mounting bracket.
