Warranty Claims

If you are experiencing any issues with your Seatylock, please contact your original place of purchase.

For products purchased directly at Seatylock.com or the official Seatylock Amazon stores simply contact us here to submit your warranty claim.

*Attaching a clear photo or short video and your purchase details (proof of purchase) will help us to assist you more efficiently.

Product Warranty

  • Standard Coverage: 12 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable local consumer protection regulations.
  • Extended Coverage: You can extend your warranty to a 3-year period from the date of purchase by simply registering your keys within 3 months of purchase.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers material, manufacturing, or workmanship defects, as well as malfunctions that are not caused by force, misuse, or abuse.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Theft
  • Forced breakage or damage caused by attempted theft
  • Lost locks or keys
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Improper use or misuse
  • Cosmetic wear (such as scratches, coating wear, or surface damage)
  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

If a product is found to be faulty, we will work to suggest a repair or provide a replacement, ensuring your lock continues to protect your bike reliably.
