About the same weight as my previous cheap and cheerful D-lock, but with a much better security rating and zero rattle sound. It's so lovely not having the rattle. It really is quite short for a folding lock and won't go through my wheel and frame on a Sheffield lock, but I tend to carry an extra one if I'm planning to park in public for a while anyway. It has been a worthy upgrade.
It's SO MUCH BETTER to have a lock that is always neatly folded on my bike, ready for use. The Foldylock Mini lock has super smooth key action; the length and weight is great (I have a pretty old road bike - I'm not particularly worried about it getting stolen, but the Foldylock Mini is still pretty beefy), and install was super easy. I love this lock.

I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect lock. You want something strong enough to protect your bike that is easy to use, adapts to multiple situations, doesn't weight a ton and doesn't cost 1/3rd of your bike!
I found seatylock and these locks were easy to use thanks to being folding locks and the quality is really superb! I used this daily in an old role and recently attached my bike to a small tree outside my workplace but went home on the bus as I wasn't feeling well and had forgotten that I left my bike outside.
Well, it got stolen but they didn't get through the lock! They took the whole damn tree down! Granted it was a small tree. I had a tracker on my bike and ended up getting it recovered. The thieves had clearly tried to cut through it multiple times. They tried prying the arms apart, cutting through the bar and prying open the keyway. They never got through as you can see in the photos!
Unfortunately, the mechanism was completely jammed when I got my bike back so I had to angle grind it off but I am very impressed with these locks and will be getting another!
It's one of the very few folding locks which fits perfectly on the Brompton between seat tube and rear wheel when inverting the folding lever and removing a small part from the lock holder to avoid squeezing the brake and gear cabling and fit into the frame width.
Love my new Foldylock Mini. My only complaint is I wish the keys were smaller since now I'm going to have my it always on my keychain!
The best lock on the market! Easy to attach to electric scooter. Boom, bam, bdsh and scooter safely parked. First time I am not worried to leave scooter on the streets and in front of the gym :)
I bought two locks. But the mini lock had problems. Customer service solved the problem faster and more professionally. I highly recommend this company. This is my second order. The first lock has been working for 5 years without problems!
