After you have placed your order, a Seatylock representative will contact you by email to complete your order
- If you have registered the key codes on our site, we will use them for your duplication
- If you have the codes but didn't register, please send them to us by email to: info@seatylock.com
- If you have lost the codes and didn't register them on our website, unfortunately, we won't be able to duplicate your keys. In this case, you could try this product instead

I ordered 2 replacement blank keys and a copy of a cut key. The blanks were sent promptly, but the cut keys are expected to arrive after approx. 6 weeks. Unless I missed a communication, I had to ask about the timeline for the cut keys. They responded promptly and I’m expecting the cut keys soon.
Thank you for shipping spare keys for my Seatlylock so fast. I was down to my last one from the originals -I keep losing my keys in the trails - and was afraid I was not going to be able to use my Seatlylock it anymore. New Keys worked great ! The only issue for me was I needed them ASAP. And it definitely takes 6 weeks.

The replacement keys for my lock arrived on the early side of their window and they worked.
Quick shipping. Save your key code when you purchase your lock because duplication at a locksmith is expensive. Much better to order from seatylock if you have the code.

Due to covid complications, Seatylock suffered from severe delays in making duplicate keys. SO they shipped me a new lock instead for no extra charge! That's very thoughtful and gracious, not to mention a creative solution.
